Hallee Palermo is an oil painter based out of Valley City, a small town close to Cleveland. Her works are representational based on nature and her surroundings but with abstract forms. She works in her family’s 19th-century barn that is on the property that she shares with her husband and 3 kids. She also teaches high school art and photography.
