Olivia Kays

My pieces being submitted were made experimentally with different mediums and techniques. My main medium is Mixed Media and I like to explore all of my options within that category. I get inspiration from using raw materials, layering them, and learning by trial and error as to what works and what doesn’t. I have been active with my art since I was about three. All through elementary, high school, etc. it has been a great learning process. My main inspiration is to try and make somebody feel something. Whether that be the beauty of the subject, emotion, vivid or bland colors, the decay of the piece, the prime and conception of it.
