Artist Bio
Lisa Boozer is a mixed media artist and leather worker at Blue Skies Gallery in Hampton, Virginia. She graduated from Virginia Peninsula Community College
earning an Associate of Fine Art degree. She plans to pursue a postgraduate degree in Fine Arts.
The majority of Lisa’s work combines traditional fine art with mixed media and assemblages to create unique and imaginative pieces. She also creates paintings of landscapes and still lives using various painting mediums and techniques. Lisa’s work has been exhibited in many local galleries across the Tidewater area of Virginia including Blue Skies Gallery in Hampton, Charles Taylor Visual Arts Center in Hampton, Downing-Gross Cultural Art Center in Newport News, d’Arts Center in Norfolk, and For All Mankind Gallery in Norfolk. She has also exhibited in national and international online galleries.
