Artist Bio
Benjamin Sumner Franke (b. 1989) is an International Award Winning Multidisciplinary Artist and Photographer. A creator since birth, he received an extensive education in the arts, including a BS in Entertainment Design and Illustration from Art Center College of Design. Driven in pursuit of a career in the design industry, determined since grade school to become a designer in the film and gaming industry, he followed that dream for nearly 2 decades. Eventually, burnt out and disillusioned, he rediscovered his creative passion through the art of photography. This new path has been a worldwide adventure full of new friends and incredible experiences. Like a stepping stone, this has re-awoken a slowly recovering interest in many traditional arts including oil and watercolor paintings, sculpture, and leatherwork.
